How a Pre-Order Works
1. You reserve it
You pay in full at checkout. That payment is the order itself, placed early. There is no deposit and no second charge.
2. We bring in the number
Your pre-order tells us how many to bring in, from the publisher or from our own workshop. Every copy reserved is a copy set aside for you.
3. It ships from the first batch
Pre-orders leave before anything goes on the shelf. The dispatch window is written on each product page, and if it moves, we email you.
Before You Reserve
At checkout, in full, on the day you order. There is no partial deposit and no second payment later.
Every pre-order product page carries a Pre-Order tab with its dispatch window. That window is part of what you agree to at checkout, so we put it on the product rather than on this page, where it would go stale.
Yes. Write to us at nerdcastle3d@gmail.com any time before dispatch and we refund the order in full.
After it arrives you keep the 14 day right of withdrawal you have on anything bought at distance, counted from the day the parcel reaches you.
We email you with the new date. If the new date does not suit you, cancel and we refund in full. We would rather tell you about a delay than let a date pass in silence.
Yes. The whole order then ships together, once the pre-ordered piece is ready. If you want the in-stock items sooner, place them as a separate order.
