Before anything is buried there is ground to bury it in. Pick the flat plots, the corners that turn them, or the steps and balconies that lift one plot above the next. All three cost the same, and in every box the plain ground outnumbers the decorated kind, because most of a graveyard is plain.

Seven packs of graveyard floor, weighted towards the plainer of the two patterns. This is the one you run out of first.
