This depends a lot on what you ordered.
Products that are done and need no customization are usually sent out the next day
Large miniature orders or figurines that have to be hand painted can take up to 2 weeks to be done.

For locker deliveries we use Sameday and for international or address shipping we use DPD.

Yes! We don't have a store yet, but you can swing by our workshop and pick up the order. Please do excuse the mess though!

To start playing you at least need a full 7-dice set at the table and a D20 die for each player & the DM.
Ideally though each player would have their own full set of dice. This cuts on passing stuff around a lot!

Both, actually. We try to strike a good balance between locally handcrafted pieces and more affordable options. Sometimes you just need a decent dice tray to stop losing your dice.

No. We design most of them ourselves and then we collaborate with local independent artisans or with larger specialized workshops for production.
We've learnt many things on our journey, but leatherworking/woodworking is sadly not one of them.

We absolutely can paint them for you and each miniature and figurine has different painting options.
By default though miniatures come unpainted and figurines come primed & drybrushed.

Yes! The only exception to this is if we believe there is a high chance of breaking during shipping.
In this case we will let you know beforehand & supply you with everything you need to glue them on arrival, as well as support if needed.

We use UV curing resin, the ABS-Like 3.0+ from Elegoo. This is both a strong and flexible resin and is one of the best on the consumer hobby market.
It is more expensive for us, but we believe quality speaks (and pays) for itself.

We strongly recommend picking up a starter set and a set of brushes from Army Painter.
It's what we use and also how we started our own hoard.

Each brush has a different application. The smaller the tip, the better it paints details.
A must-have is also a bigger drybrush brush. Drybrushing will add a lot of depth to your minis and it's really easy (and fun) to do!
